Pilates teaches us to focus on breathing, concentration, and control. But have you ever tried to actually paint that sense of awareness and calm? The session will begin with Mat Pilates, using breath and movement to open up the body; Then participants will get a chance to translate that calm and focus into colour and brushstrokes on canvas. No prior Pilates or Art Painting experience needed - just a willingness to slow down and be present.
