Cancellation Policy

Private Art Class Policy Location: Hong Kong Thank you for choosing our private art classes. Please review the following policies before booking. 1. Class Duration Each private art class lasts 1.5 hours (90 minutes). Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full session. Please note that late arrivals will not extend the scheduled class time. 2. Booking & Payment Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Bookings are only secured once payment has been received. 3. Rescheduling Policy Students may reschedule their class with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the class will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduled sessions must be used within an agreed time frame. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 4. Weather Policy (Hong Kong) For safety reasons, classes will be automatically postponed in the event of: Black Rainstorm Warning Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above In such cases, students may reschedule at no additional charge. If lower-level weather warnings are issued (e.g., Amber or Red Rainstorm, Typhoon Signal No. 3), classes will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise notified. 5. Cancellations All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Only rescheduling (with proper notice) is permitted. 6. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions for health and safety reasons.
