Service Description
In this hands-on series of workshops aimed for adults, learn all about colour mixing with our resident colour expert Merryn Trevethan, designed to give students in-depth knowledge of the practicalities of using colour. Over 3 weeks, you will go from colour mixing fundamentals like how to lighten and darken colours, mixing the colours you want every time by learning about different pigment types, and hand-painting colour wheels, to learning how to use warm and cool colours to create space, and ultimately, creating your own harmonious paintings using a colour palette. You will get to try a wide range of different pigments from GOLDEN Artist Colors. This course is suitable for beginners to experienced artists as well as both those that use oils or acrylics.
