This session explores the element of Earth with a specially paired tea that embodies its energy, stability, and grounding nourishment. - Cultivate awareness in a harmonious Cha Dao (“The Way of Tea”) ceremony - by connecting deeply with the tea, the present moment, and with ourselves. - Receive the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls at the end of the tea ritual. Flow into soul-nourishing art creation while bathed in soothing sounds of the singing bowls. Tea is more than a beverage — it is a meditative practice of deep stillness and radical presence.
