Legal Payment Terms 1. All students are required to make online payment prior to the session’s start. A 10% penalty fee will be charged automatically if payment is not made by the 3rd class of membership 2. Cancellation of bookings must be done 24 hours or more, prior to the start of the class. 3. No refund will be made once the plan is confirmed, and once the membership has been purchased. 4. There are no classes on public and statuary holidays. 5. For cheque payment, please make cheque payable to “Art Roof Top Limited”. 6. In the event of typhoon signal 8 and up, or black rain, all classes will be cancelled with no refund or make-up class to be offered. 7. For sick leave, members can reschedule to any available spot within the week. 1 month membership can be extended by a total of 1 week within reason. 8. Unattended classes can be restored and added only in case of membership renewal.
