An intimate Red Tent gathering designed to create a safe, nurturing space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the vibrant flow of feminine energy. Through the power of connection and the freedom of art, we will move from the noise of the outside world into our own creative center. This is a space to honour our intuition and express our inner feelings, colours, and rhythms, using artistic ritual to celebrate the collective and individual beauty of being. Experience Flow (90 minutes) Arrival + grounding Cacao ritual (heart-opening + intention setting) Guided sharing circle Short meditation Integration (rest with art and gentle sound) Closing The session will be softly guided by practicioneer Nina @embodiedwithnina, emotionally grounded, and accessible to all women—no prior experience needed. The focus is on connection, presence, and creating a space where participants feel safe to share (or simply receive). There is quiet yet immersive power when women come together. In ancient times, women knew that there was a moment to just be among themselves. Their ailments were soothed by herbs, loving touch and the presence of other women.
